Our 30 Day Hassle-Free Returns Policy
Swimalicious is pleased to offer a satisfaction guarantee for all items purchased from us, including sale items. Providing goods are returned to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed and with labels intact, we offer a 30 day policy (from the original date of dispatch).

Simply return your item requesting a refund to our address below quoting your order number, full name and postcode. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund. Please note, if your original invoice had free postage and the value of your returns cause your order value to fall below the $100 Free Shipping value, we will deduct the initial postage cost from your refund.
Within Australia: To speed up the exchange process, you’ll get the right size or colour fastest if you simply place a second order and then return the unsuitable item for a refund. As soon as we receive your return, we’ll process your refund. Please note, if your original item had free postage we will deduct postage costs from your refund.
International: In order to serve you most efficiently, we no longer offer exchanges in the traditional sense. You’ll get the right size or colour more quickly if you simply place a second order. Then simply return your original item and, on receipt, we’ll process your full refund (less all postage costs).
Conditions For All Returns/Exchanges:
- Enclose your order number, full name and postcode with all returns
- No refunds or exchanges will be offered for products that have had tags removed, have been worn or washed
- No refunds or exchanges will be offered on any garments where the packaging has been damaged
- Delivery costs cannot be refunded
- Refunds will only be made by the original payment method. Please note depending on the payment method, refunds may take up to 14 days although this is typically less
- For hygiene reasons, please ensure that all swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. Items for return should be kept in a smoke-free environment as returns will be refused on items that are returned smelling of tobacco smoke
- We recommend any returned items are sent by Registered Post as you are responsible for the item arriving. Instances of missing parcels are rare, but it does happen. We will leave the risk up to you however if the item does not arrive, then we will not be able to provide a refund.
